Hi, we've just released an update to P2A Nav. Here's what changed:
New Features
- Assessment Admin permission updates. Company Admins are now the only users allowed to create, delete, archive, or edit organizations. They are also the only role allowed to move systems or teams. Assessment Admins will no longer have these permissions. More Information Here
- Enhanced move functionality. This is restricted to COMPANY ADMINISTRATORS only. When you move a system/team you have an option to move all assessment data, keep all assessment data where it currently is, or move only the unpublished assessment data (shown below). This feature therefore enables you to move a system or team without changing any of your baseline data. More Information Here
Changes
- The OTP (one time passcode) process for participants has been updated to display the full email address on the OTP entry screen. Previously, the email was masked, which made it difficult to confirm whether it had been entered correctly.
- The archive functionality (company hierarchy management) has been updated to simplify the prompt that appears when using the archive function. The archive prompt will only ask to delete or save unpublished assessment data if there is actually unpublished data associated with the node (organization, system, team) being archived. Otherwise, the question will not appear.
- Users with multiple companies can now use single sign on to access all companies under their account.
- The API documentation was updated and can be found here.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Business Outcome Poll participants were showing as "completed" before the poll started.
