Business Unit View
We agree the name could be flashier but we think you'll forgive us when you get access to this new view. The platform currently supports a company view and an organization view. With this new feature, we're introducing the ability to isolate a single business unit.
This view provides clarity on where that business unit is on the continuous improvement wheel. As a brief aside, the wheel represents a repetitive process that resets with each new assessment.

Analysis Added to Dashboards
Currently, the company and organization dashboards have a placeholder instead of an actual progress bar for "Analysis Performed". With the release of the Business Unit View, Analysis has been modified to make it an active, not passive, phase on the wheel. Analysis scores are derived from the analysis performed for each business unit. The analysis captures post-assessment learnings, ideas, and theories, which once saved, will mark the "Analyze" phase complete. That data is pulled in and displayed on the company- and organization-level dashboards.

These options were a temporary bridge between how polls were previously marked complete (manually) and how the system automatically manages whether a poll is complete or not now. A live poll is considered complete when the facilitator clicks the "End Poll" button. Likewise, an asynchronous poll is complete when the facilitator clicks the "Finalize & Close Poll" button on the poll's "Discuss & Close" tab.
