Creating Action Plans
Action Plans can be created or viewed from the Plan menu in the Organization view.

All business units within an organization (including the organization itself) and their action plans will be visible on the Action Plans page. If a business unit has not gone through the prioritization step yet, the platform will make that clear and provide the option to do that via a "Prioritize" button. For business units that have completed the prioritization step, the platform will provide the option to either create or view an existing plan.

Data shows that the more a goal is communicated, the more likely it is to be accomplished. This is the philosophy we've used to add accountability in Navigator for continuous improvement.
