Overview
The following video highlights the dashboards and especially the new Business Unit View in Path to Agility® Navigator that not only help identify opportunities for improvement, but provide the visibility and accountability to effectively change and improve.
Business Unit View
This view provides clarity on where a business unit is on the continuous improvement wheel. As a brief aside, the wheel represents a repeating process for improvement that resets with each new assessment. Use the navigation on the top of the page to switch into the Business Unit view. If it's the first time accessing this view, you'll be prompted to select a business unit.

Once in the view, a dashboard will display across the top of the page with the continuous improvement wheel and each phase represented.

This dashboard provides immediate clarity as to where the business unit is in the cycle, while simplifying the process of taking next steps to get real results. Each phase is clickable for easy navigation.
To change the business unit being viewed, simply go back to the navigation at the top of the page and use the drop down to select the desired business unit.

Business Value
- Visibility - Facilitators and business units have a single view to understand where they are in the cycle
- Accountability - Visibility enables accountability at all levels. By providing visibility through the new business unit view and in conjunction with the organization- and company-level dashboards business units can hold each other accountable for making routine progress.
