Hi, we have new release information for P2A Nav. Here's what we're changing:
New Features
The Assessments page has gone through a major redesign. It has an improved layout, providing an effective, intuitive way to gather data on assessment progress across an organization.
Video Overviews
Enhancements Included
- To decrease confusion, "Offline Survey" has been renamed "Asynchronous Poll" or "Async Poll" for short. Now the two options for assessing are both polls, either a "Live Poll" (facilitated in real-time) or an "Async Poll" (completed independently with facilitated discussion at a fixed day/time).
- Facilitators will be able to pause live polls and resume later, providing more flexibility. Previously, the only way to exit a poll was to end it.
- Organizations, systems and teams will now be automatically marked as "complete" after a poll has been completed, either by ending a live poll or finalizing an async one. Previously, this was a manual and unreliable process. By integrating it into the flow of completing a poll, it will be more accurate going forward.
- All Assessments, completed and currently active, can now be accessed from the Assessment page. This consolidates functionality that was previously distributed across the platform. This change makes it more intuitive.
- Users can see more comprehensive data about polls. For existing polls, in progress or completed, facilitator information, number of participants, and created/updated date will be accessible.
- A banner gives a snapshot of team progress, while the rows below highlight what teams are In Progress or Completed.
- Users can choose to see the whole company progress, or select each org, system and team for a more detailed view
