P2A Navigator Release Notes September 24, 2024

Hi, we've just released an update to P2A Nav. Here's what changed:

Changes

  • When adding new users to your company in User Management, users will now be added with separate first name and last name fields.
  • Participants of Offline Surveys will now be notified when trying to navigate or change data after the Offline Survey has closed. This will prevent users from continuing to assess capabilities in Offline Surveys that have been closed, preventing unnecessary time spent assessing.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue in the Capabilities page where the trend icon would factor in capabilities within assessments that did not have a score. Now, gaps within assessments with no scores will be ignored when calculating assessment-to-assessment trends.
  • Fixed an issue where the welcome email would indicate being expired immediately when adding a new user to a company.
  • Improved clarity on tooltip text on Capabilities page when Assess button is disabled due to no organization, system, or team being selected.
