New Features
Redesigned Business Outcome Poll Support
Over the last few months, we've overhauled our support for business outcomes throughout the platform. The actual Business Outcome Poll was the major remaining feature on our list. We're releasing a major update to our support for business outcomes and how they're prioritized through polls and/or manually.
Highlights of the changes:
- The facilitator interface completely redesigned with instructions and better controls
- The participant interface completely redesigned
- More information about each business outcome, including statistics and case studies for each are available to educate and inform

Updates
- Extended our administrative controls by adding support for exporting action items (in addition to previously supported assessment exports). As a company admin, to use the new export functionality, go to Settings > Export Data as CSV. Support exists for exporting both Assessments and Action Items.

- Live Poll Updates
- To avoid confusion when conducting live polls, the agreed upon score for a capability will be identified by the words "Final Score" (The label is being changed from "Consensus Vote" to "Final Score" for clarity.)
- Facilitator must actively select or acknowledge selection of the final score for a capability, Team’s Vote will no longer automatically become the “Final Score”. Previously, if facilitators clicked Back, Next, or End Poll, when a Team's Vote existed but a Final Score had not been confirmed yet, the platform would automatically make the Team's Vote the Final Score without notifying the facilitator.
- Clicking Back, Next, or End Poll when voting has occurred (there is a “Team’s Vote”) will result in a warning that a Final Score has not been selected.
- The buttons used by the facilitator to select a “Final Score” have been updated to emphasize what was selected as the final score - the selected state for a button matches the corresponding color for that score (i.e. red for Not Met, yellow for Partially Met).

During a live poll, a facilitator can click the question mark icon to get real-time instructions on facilitating a live poll. This provides guidance on the key concepts. The Knowledge Base will continue to provide in-depth guidance when needed.

- Fixed Usage Report at the organization level. The filter settings were getting reset unexpectedly.
