New Features
Default Stages for Polls
Company Administrators now have the ability to set the default stages to be included on polls. Previously, when creating a poll, the first 3 stages (Align, Learn, Predict) were preselected in the modal when creating a poll (live or async). Now that can be overridden by going to Settings > Assessment Settings, choosing the desired organization and setting the preferred stages for polls to default to.

Beta Features
Action Plans
As we focus on making Navigator the continuous improvement platform that delivers real ROI, we've added support for creating Action Plans. Action Plans are part of planning in the continuous improvement cycle of Assess, Analyze, Prioritize, Plan, and Act. It's the concept of creating Action Items for prioritized capabilities. As Plan follows Prioritize in the cycle, once capabilities have been prioritized, the next step is to identify actions that will improve proficiency in those capabilities. Data shows that the more a goal is communicated, the more likely it is to be accomplished. This is the philosophy we've used to add accountability in Navigator for continuous improvement.
Create and view Action Plans under the Organization view, Plan menu.

Updates
- Updated the Usage Report so that it considers Asynchronous Polls to be "In Progress" when they're created. This aligns with the logic used on the Assessment pages and percentages.
- Updated the Action Item, CSV export to include ids.
